Driver Partner Terms & Conditions
These Driver Partner Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between YoloDrive MOBILITY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "YoloDrive") and the individual driver partner ("Driver", "You"). By registering and accepting bookings through YoloDrive, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
1. ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Valid driving license
- Required experience as per local law
- Clean background verification
- Valid ID and address proof
2. ROLE OF YoloDrive
YoloDrive is a technology platform that connects customers with independent driver partners.YoloDrive does not employ drivers and does not control how services are performed.
3. DRIVER OBLIGATIONS
Drivers agree to: - Provide professional, safe, and lawful driving services - Reach pickup location on time - Maintain polite behavior with customers - Follow traffic and safety laws - Keep customer information confidential
4. PAYMENTS & COMMISSION
- Earnings depend on completed bookings
- Platform/service fees may be deducted
- Payments are subject to verification
- Any misuse or fraud may lead to withholding of payments
5. CANCELLATIONS & PENALTIES
- Repeated cancellations may attract penalties
- Poor ratings or misconduct may lead to suspension
6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Drivers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of YoloDrive.
7. TERMINATION
YoloDrive may suspend or terminate driver access for policy violations, safety issues, or legal noncompliance.
8. LIABILITY
Driver is responsible for actions during service. YoloDrive shall not be liable for any loss, accident, or violation caused by the driver.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
