A. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

We collect information that you voluntarily provide while registering, booking services, contacting support,or interacting with us.

This may include: - Name - Email address - Mobile number - Password - Address & PIN code - Pickup and drop locations - Vehicle details (registration number, model, type) - Payment-related information (processed via secure third-party gateways)

We only collect information that is necessary for lawful purposes connected to providing our Services

B. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY (USAGE INFORMATION)

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect: - Device type, browser type, operating system - IP address and Device Identifier - Date, time and duration of usage - Pages or features accessed - App usage patterns

If you book through our call center, calls may be recorded for quality, training, and dispute resolution purposes.

C. LOCATION INFORMATION

During an active booking, we collect real-time GPS location data from your device and/or the driver’s device to: - Identify nearby drivers - Enable accurate pickup and drop - Track trips for safety and billing - Provide customer support

Most GPS-enabled devices can identify location within limited accuracy

D. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We may use cookies or similar technologies to: - Improve user experience - Analyze usage trends - Customize content

E. INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES

A. WITH DRIVERS & SERVICE PARTNERS

Limited information such as your name, contact number, pickup location and trip details is shared with the assigned driver and their employer to fulfill the booking

B. WITH THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We engage TPSPs for: - Payment processing - App hosting & maintenance - Analytics & fraud prevention - Customer support

These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for service delivery

C. CO-BRANDED OR PARTNER SERVICES

If you use any co-branded services, your information may be shared with the identified partner and governed by their privacy policy.

D. PROMOTIONS & CONTESTS

Participation in promotions may require disclosure of limited information for prize fulfillment or legal compliance.

Any information collected directly by drivers outside the YoloDrive platform is not governed by this Privacy Policy.

8. DATA ACCESS, CORRECTION & ACCOUNT CLOSURE

You may: - Update your profile information via the app - Opt out of promotional communications - Request account deactivation by contacting support

We may retain data after account closure for: - Legal & regulatory compliance - Fraud prevention - Dispute resolution

Data may later be anonymized and used for analytics.
